Joel Brodsky, Drew Peterson's lawyer, says he has three new photographs that show Stacy Peterson eating in the food court of a shopping mall in Thailand. Tom Dellaca, a retired police officer from Australia, took them, Brodsky said.
Dellaca saw news about Stacy Peterson's disappearance on television.

To avoid drawing attention to himself, Dellaca pretended to be taking photographs of his own family, Brodsky said. They appear in the foreground of the photographs, and the young woman is in the background, eating a sandwich.
"Drew can't say it is her, but he can't say it's not," Brodsky said.
Stacy Peterson has been missing since October. Police have named her husband a suspect, but he has maintained that she left him to be with another man and gotten a job in Brisbanes's Bubbles'n'Babes car wash. Topless car detailaing for $100.
But tht couldn't be true.
