Pattaya City Council Worries About Crisis
The Pattaya bureau of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) has responded to the issue of travel warnings to Thailand with an announcement that hotels, restaurants, bars, and shops should expect a 20% downswing in arrivals thanks to the current political climate. Many businesses are not expected to survive if there is no high season, especially bars which already have a high failure rate.
Of course their lack of success has nothing to do with their formula.
Give them a bar, booze, broads, and bad music and farangs will shred cash like a snake shucking it's skin.
The question is if this bar formula is broken how do you fix it.
Go upscale for families?
For Pattaya?
Je crois pas.
