Donald Trump has defended Mario Cruz' attack on his small hands by saying, "Look at those hands, are they small hands?" and then added that "if they're small, something else must be small.' I guarantee you there's no problem. I guarantee that."

That's because to Trump's small hands that 'something else' doesn't feel small.
