The Concession Speech of FDTrump

The pollster and mainstream media predicted a sweeping victory for Joseph Biden, however on November 2, 2020 the supporters of FDTrump turned out in record numbers to win the Florida and Ohio electoral votes. I stay up late and watched the counts from Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania teeter-totter between the two candidates. FDTrump was outraged by CNN and Fox News declaring his opponent the victor in two of those swing states.

He appeared before a wall of American flags and lambasted the call.

"Good evening. I’d like to provide the American people with an update on our efforts to protect the integrity of our very important 2020 election. If you count the legal votes, I easily win. If you count the illegal votes, they can try to steal the election from us. If you count the votes that came in late — we’re looking at them very strongly. But a lot of votes came in late.

I’ve already decisively won many critical states, including massive victories in Florida, Iowa, Indiana, Ohio, to name just a few. We won these and many other victories despite historic election interference from big media, big money, and big tech.

As everybody saw, we won by historic numbers. And the pollsters got it knowingly wrong. They got it knowingly wrong. We had polls that were so ridiculous, and everybody knew that at the time. There was no blue wave that they predicted. They thought there was going to be a big blue wave; that was false. That was done for suppression reasons. But instead, there was a big red wave.

A friend phoned to admt his fear that FDTrump might win the election.

"Don't worry. He just gave his concession speech."

"Concession speech? He'll fight all the way to the Supreme Court."

"Let him. The GOP might have the numbers there, but the Constitution is the Constitution and they stole the 2020 election and maybe the 2016 one too, but this is our time. Fuck Donald Trump and his family and his soreloser speech."

"I hope you're right."

"But I have to give it to him. He got out the vote, but Biden got out more. In the end Fatso will have to leave the White House. PS check the silverware."

My friend hung up and I poured a tall glass of wine.

The Blue Ripple of November

For the last month the mainstream media and pollsters had been predicting a blue wave of Democrat voters to sweep Trump out the White House, take back the Senate, and strenghten their Congressional majority, however the eperts were shocked by conservative base hitting the polls in record numbers to create a swarth of red states from Idaho to Florida. On Tuesday night in Arlington, VA Trump thanked his loyal followers and promised the audience an epic victory of epic.

The crowd interrupted his speech and shouted, "Four more years, four more years."

The Democratic wave washed up on the shore as a ripple.

The DNC leadership was shocked by Trump's resurgence from the dead, but as in 2016 they had failed to address his supporters fear that gun rights, global warming, immigration, gay rights, abortion, and prayer in schools was threatened by a socialist revolution. Neither side sought a middle ground and while Biden has a lead in the Electoral College, several states have yet to complete a final tally of votes.

In 2000 Palm Beach was invaded by right-wing activists who successfully disrupted the Palm Beach County count. No one can predict an outcome, although I feel Joe Biden becoming #46.

Maybe the ripple was enough of a deluge.

We won't know tonight.

Maybe I'll go to Rockaway Beach for 2020's last swim in the Atlantic or just sit in the ripples eddying on the sand. The choice is mine.
