This week a heat wave will blanket the USA from Wichita, Kansas to Provincetown on Cape Cod. New York will be in the high 90s and tomorrow after a visit to the Diamond District on 47th Street I might head to Rockaway Beach. Three swims in the cool ocean will refresh my body and soul. I will return to Brooklyn a new man.
Still 70, but the Atlantic soothes my soul.
My prayers and thoughts go out to those Christians and I would like to remind them that 99 is not winter in Hell.
