Brian Jones RIP Long Time

Ex-Rolling Stones guitarist Brian Jones was found floating at the bottom of his pool 31 year ago. The coroner declared him dead and the cause of death was listed as 'misadventure'. Jones' Swedish girlfriend claimed that the guitarist had been killed by a house builder. The witnesses backing this claim have refused to give their names. No one has ever blamed the other members of the Rolling Stones, although Mick Jagger admitted in a 1995 interview that Jones' exile from the band might have been unwarranted.

"I do feel that I behaved in a very childish way, but we were very young, and in some ways we picked on him. But, unfortunately, he made himself a target for it; he was very, very jealous, very difficult, very manipulative, and if you do that in this kind of a group of people, you get back as good as you give, to be honest. I wasn't understanding enough about his drug addiction. No one seemed to know much about drug addiction. Things like LSD were all new. No one knew the harm. People thought cocaine was good for you."

This quote is from wikpedia.com

I thought the same thing, but realize that it's coca that's good for you.

Cocaine is a killer.

One way or the other.

Brian Jone would have been 68.

He left a good-looking corpse.

Young too.
