Today is National Doughnut Day. Dunkin' Donuts and Krispy Kreme are providing donuts to customers to celebrate the holiday. National Donut Day dates back to 1938 when the lassies of the Salvation Army gave out donuts to the needy. With many Americans living off the food from the 99 Cent Stores it's a good time for free food.
