Blue Balls For The GOP

The GOP Chairman of the Senate Environment Committee, Sen. James Inhofe of Oklahoma, appeared before his peers with a snow ball from the streets on DC in his hand to promote his belief that Global Warming is a hoax by the liberal media to steal money from the hard-working rich driving this country toward the future of exclusivity.

“In case we had forgotten, because we keep hearing that 2014 has been the warmest year on record. I ask the chair, do you know what this is? It’s a snowball, just from outside here. It’s very, very cold out.”

The denialist Senator then underhanded the snow ball to the presiding officer.

Class, but Oklahoma has long been considered the buckle of the Bible Belt and his constituency are firm believer in the Almighty, who cheered their man for once stating, "God's still up there and the arrogance of people to think that we, human beings, would be able to change what He is doing in the climate is to me outrageous."

Outrageous?

How about this blasphemy for outrageous?

Creationists beware.

Hottest July Ever USA USA USA

The national weather service reported that July of 2012 was the hottest on record. The relentless heat wave scorched the south and central states with a merciless stretch on triple-digit temperatures, yet three days ago on the floor of the Senate Oklahoma Senator James Inhofe argued that global warming was a hoax. Several of his opponents booed his assessment as denialism. I beg to differ, since my counterpart in religion, the ex-nodel from Paris, has sent a damning email claiming the prime reason for global warming is that many people have lost their faith in God and after dying they are sent to Hell. More sinners to burn, the warmer the planet, plus that people are fatter than before so they burn in Hell hotter. Repent sinners and save the world. Thanks for that insight. I was in Thailand for July. It was hot every day and rainy as to be expected from the monsoon season, but not as hot as Oklahoma.

On His Knees

James Inhofe has long been the GOP's leading critic on global warming. His faith has convinced him that Man is incapable of altering his God's plan for Earth. As late as July 2010 the Oklahoma senator stated, "I don't think that anyone disagrees with the fact that we actually are in a cold period that started about nine years ago. Now, that's not me talking, those are the scientists that say that." People in Oklahoma might disagree with his opinion. Yesterday the temperature in Tulsa was 103. Last year the governor of that Bible Bible state asked the faithful to pray for relief. Cooler weather arrived in the fall, although the prayers to Zombie Jesus also failed to win OU # 1 in football. ps I googled James Inhofe prayer without any success of finding a single image of the senator praying to any God.

Hot Hot Hot

.
America east of the Rockies has been overwhelmed by a border to border heatwave in the triple digits. A massive storm knocked out power for over two million residents in the capitol and surrounding districts. There is no AC. There is no ice. It is hot and the weathermen are predicting more hot. Prominent climate-denier James Inhofe has wisely decided to maintain a vow of silence about the nationwide scorcher. His office has asked emailers the following; If you are an Oklahoma resident experiencing difficulties with a Federal Government agency or needing assistance from my office, please DO NOT email me from this page. This morning the temperature in Tulsa is a sultry 103. James Inhofe offered no phone number to contact him. I suspect that he has left Washington. Even Oklahoma is cooler than DC without AC. While Inhofe shut his jumbos, EXXON's chairman stated in a speech before ouncil on Foreign Relations that the public is 'illiterate' in science and math, plus that society will have to adapt to climate change. “It’s an engineering problem and there will be an engineering solution.” Engineering without power as in Washington was called the Dark Ages. Rex Tillerson Asshole of the Day. And even Oklahomans might agree, unless the temperature drops to 90. Hot but not as hot as a 100.
