THE DEFINITION OF TREASON

Last week the FBI searched Trump's Mildew-A-Lago property for classified documents from various intelligence agencies such as the CIA and the Pentagon. The right-wing NY Times demanded access to the search warrant issued by the US Attorney General and Merrick Garland released a very edited affidavit, which outlined the reasons for such a high-level invasion of an ex-president's residence as well as their haul from the raid.

The FBI found in Trump’s possession 184 documents marked ‘classified’, 67 marked ‘confidential’, 92 marked ‘secret’, and 25 ‘top secret’.

Throughout his years in the White House Trump declassified articles and passed them to Russian, Saudia Arabian and Israeli intelligence agents, forcing the CIA to shut down their operations around the world and saving as many as their operatives as possible, while seeing other assets imprisoned, tortured, and assassinated after each breach. Trump ignored their warnings and thought what do they know about anything.

His son-in-law Jared Kushner acted as a funnel to our enemies. He had been presidently pardon, but that card only works once and the Israeli informer has been distancing himself for Mr. Trump. Kushner has sat in the rooms. He has heard the conversations. More damning he has served as Trump's brain, because the old man can't read. Not even with the help of a Tell-a-prompter.

The US Constitution defined treason on the federal level in Article III, Section 3 as: "only in levying War against [the United States], or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort."

Over the previous two months following the 2020 Election Trump, GOP politicians, and right-wing news stations had been very vocal about accusing the Democrats of having manipulated the counting of votes. Scores of lawsuits were filed by Republican lawyers against the results in Arizona, Ohio, Michigan, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. None of them were accepted by the courts and the defeated leader of the 'Despicables' launched a hate-campaign against the victors, culminating on January 6, 2021 with Donald Trump hosting a 'STOP THE STEAL' rally for his far-right supporters on Pennsylvania Avenue to coincide with the Electoral College vote to confirm Joe Biden as President.

Trump spoke at length.

He catalogued the many perceived errors in the election process to his crowd, ending with this encouragement.

"And again, most people would stand there at 9 o'clock in the evening and say I want to thank you very much, and they go off to some other life. But I said something's wrong here, something is really wrong, can have happened.

And we fight. We fight like hell. And if you don't fight like hell, you're not going to have a country anymore.

Democrats sought to impeach him.

Their efforts were thwarted by the GOP's refusal to break ranks with a madman.

Now it is up to state AG's to prosecute this criminal and traitor.

And then we fly him to Gitmo, but waterboarding with dog piss.

He deserves nothing less.

Then they lied about receiving that help. This isn’t so complicated. And while Mr. Mueller may not be able to do anything about it, Congress, and the American people, certainly can."

The nation should have been outraged by this diabolical manipulation of State Diplomacy, however the media is controlled by special interests and the vast majority of Americans have been brainwashed to regard any Muslim nation as an accomplice to 9/11, so a good percentage of the nation will view the Senators' crime as an act of conscience.

The GOP leader John Boehner also usurped presidential powers by inviting the Israeli leader Netanyahu to speak before Congress.

Sadly more skullduggery will follow, as the Presidential election draws closer to November 2016.
