The New Warsaw -Jenin - Gaza

In the summer of 1939 the German blitzkrieg overran Western Poland and laid siege to Warsaw. The City surrendered on September 29, 1939. The Wehrmacht or the German army occupied the Polish capitol backed by the Einsatzgruppe EG IV and the Einsatzkommandos. By November 1940 the commander of EG IV, Josef Meisinger 'Butcher of Warsaw' gathered 430,000 Jews in what was known as the Judenrat. 30% of the city's population in 2.4% of the metropolitan area according to Wikipedia.

The Warsaw Ghetto was closed to the world and its inhabitants awaited transport to the East ie the Final Solution.

Not a single Palestinian participated in the Holocaust, but after the collapse the Jews fled Europe to swarm to the British protectorate of the Old Ottoman empire surrounding Jerusalem. They soon constituted 30% of the population, however after the UN recognized Israel in the new nation was granted nearly 50% of the land despite the Kingdom of Judah having ceased to exist after the Romans sacked the Temple.

The Arab armies attacked the Zionist state and after ten months of war result of the war, the State of Israel controlled the area that the UN had proposed for the Jewish state, as well as almost 60% of the area proposed for the Arab state.

Like the Americans tried to exterminate the Tribes, the British eliminate the Irish, and the Nazi Holocaust against the Jewish people, the Zionists have created two Warsaw Ghettos in Gaza and The West Bank. I have sadly heard many of my Jewish friends refer to the Palestians as animals just as had the Germans described the millions of Holocaust. They can not see the evils of Zionism. How that state abandoned the freedom of the Diaspora to inflict a new Holocaust on their fellow humans. Thankfully not at Jews are Nazis, but the new regime has become more and more fascist to protect their stolen heritage. Even the tens of thousands protesting the changes in the constitution never mention the rot at the core at the center of the Zionist state.

Professor Berthell Ollman's Letter of Resignation

Two days ago I had just read Professor Ollman his 1986 letter of resignation from the Jewish people, because of the Zionists' treatment of the Palestinians. A brilliant treatise ending with a Lenny Bruce piece.

The Peace Of Zion

Israeli leader Ariel Sharon’s life spanned the history of his country.

He was born in Palestine and joined the Haganah at age 14 in 1942. The teenager fought during the partition of Palestine and later joined Unit 101, which specialized in cross-border raids and committed massacres in revenge for attacks by the fedayeen. Sharon fought in Israel's many wars and served in many government posts including Prime Minister. He stood for Zionism right and wrong, however in 2005 he evacuated Gaza.

Later that year he succumbed to a stroke and lived in a vegetative state until this month.

His death was mourned by the western media.

The Palestinian said nothing.

His troops had slaughtered Palestinian refugees in Gaza, the West Bank, Jordan, and Lebanon without mercy.

He never believed in peace and sought to ghettoize the Palestinians from the world and he succeeded in this endeavor in hopes of creating a Jewish state from the Jordan River to the Mediterranean Sea.

While I understand Israeli opinion of Ariel Sharon as a protector of his people, they failed to comprehend the price of this esteem.

There can be no peace when you are constantly at war.

Someone has to recognize this.

On both sides.

The other night at an 8th Street bar three bankers were discussing the best Civil War general and they agreed that Sheridan was the best. Something about that statement bothered me and it wasn't until I remembered his statement, "The only good Indian is a dead Indian." that I recalled my objection.

An Israeli landed at Kennedy Airport in New York and at immigration the US Customs officer asked, "Occupation ? " The Israeli answers, "No, just for visit."

This week the Israeli court came to the preconceived conclusion that the Zionist state had nothing to do with the 2003 bulldozing death of US activist Rachel Corrie, thus ending her parents' long fight to force the apartheid state to admit guilt. The Corrie family was seeking $1 plus legal expenses in damages. The BBC reported that Israeli spokesperson Mark Regev said, "It's clear by the Corrie family's own expert - they nominated an expert to come to the court - he himself, their representative, said that it was impossible for the driver to see her." Israel also scored big at the GOP convention with various Republican speakers extolling the virtues of our ally in the Mideast and vowing to aid the country in its endeavors to stop Iran from attaining nuclear capabilities. Senator John McCain expressed the party line best by saying, “We can’t afford to stay on that course any longer. We can’t afford to cause our friends and allies – from Latin America to Asia, Europe to the Middle East, and especially in Israel, a nation under existential threat – to doubt America’s leadership.” According to Wikipedia Existentialism holds that the starting point of philosophical thinking must be the individual and the experiences of the individual, that moral thinking and scientific thinking together do not suffice to understand human existence, and, therefore, that a further set of categories, governed by the norm of authenticity, is necessary to understand human existence. The facts have nothing to do with Israel's fear of Iran and neither does Sartre or Camus, for Dawlat Isrāʼīl can only exist in a constant state of war in order to protect itself from the real and the imaginary.

Of course the only true peace available for Israel is a retreat to the 1938 borders, but no one in Israel is contemplating this destiny. After all their lease is written by Yahweh. For ever and ever.

My Uncle Carmine had the best solution for the Middle East, which also solved the Cuba Question for the USA.

"What we do is propose normalization of relations with Cuba. We call off the embargo and offered Castro a major league franchise, but only on the condition that he change the name of Havana to Miami, so all the Cubans in Florida move back to Cuba, then we change the name of Miami to Jerusalem and get Disney to built a new Israel, so the Chosen People can live in peace in the Promised Land. What could be more simple?"

The Amazing Shrinking Palestine

Last week an octogenarian Wall Street retiree financed an ad campaign on New York suburban train platforms showing the shrinkage of Palestine. According to the official British Survey of Mandate Palestine, issued in 1945, private ownership of land by non-Jewish Palestinians encompassed 24 million dunams (approximately 90% of Mandate Palestine), while Jewish land ownership was only 1.5 million dunams ( approximately 5%). The four maps are accurate, but ignited a maelstrum of outrage such as from the Manhattan-based Jewish newspaper, The Algemeiner. “This is anti-Semitic because when people think of Jews they think of the Jewish state. Jews have seen this happen so many times. It always starts with messaging that says Jews are committing a crime.” "If Israel is wrong for stealing land from the Palestinians, then how guilty is the USA." James Steele criticized his country for their land grabs of Native American lands throughout the 19th Century which strangely resembles the minimalization of Arab territory in the old British Mandate of Palestine and further added, "As for the claims of anti-semiticism, the definition of semitic pertains both ethically and linguistically to the language family of Middle East." Wikipedia extends this family to the following ancient and modern dialects; Akkadian, Aramaic, Hebrew, Arabic, Ge'ez, Maltese, Canaanite/Phoenician, Amorite, Eblaite, Ugaritic, Sutean, Moabite, Edomite, Ammonite, Assyrian Neo-Aramaic, Chaldean, Mandaic, Ahlamu, Syriac, Amharic, Tigre and Tigrinya. Anti-semiticism could apply to prejudice against any of these ethnic groups, not just those of Jewish persuasion, although in Western culture the term mainly refers to persecution of the Jews, since they were the only Semitic group in Europe for centuries. New Yorkers are blind to the kinship. We are the world. And the world is a small place.
