Their bodies survive the catastrophic demands of heroin as if they were impervious to death and now an American woman is trying to exterminate this dominant gene group from rebirth by offering junkies $300 to be sterilized. Project Prevention has bribed 3,600 American dopers to lose their fertility.
"If I had enough money, there wouldn't be any pregnancies for drug addicts," said the controversial project director.
