PM Samak has a cooking show on TV. He accepted payment for this work. The Thai court has found that this payment violates constitutional laws and has demanded that the PM step down from office.

Samak has yet to respond to this ruling other than to tell the court,
"I have done nothing wrong."
Parliament, controlled by the Samak's coalition, will voted this week for a new PM.
The winner could still be Samak if he chooses to do nothing.
